Suns Legacy Partners LLC released an official statement after the results of the NBA investigation came out. They said that Sarver would take responsibility for his actions by accepting the NBA’s decision and apologizing.
“Good leadership requires accountability. While I do not agree with the NBA’s decision, I apologize for my words and behavior that offended my employees. I take full responsibility for my behavior. That behavior does not reflect my philosophy and values,” Sarver said.
